How to Pray
Jesus had overcome the terrible liar! And He began to gather followers to travel all around, speaking about good news.
But Jesus wasn't simply a public speaker. Jesus was doing things that no one had ever seen. Jesus turned water into wine. He gave fisherman a miraculous catch of fish. But Jesus was just getting started.
Jesus would walk on water, calm the sea, heal the blind man, and make the lame walk. Crowds gathered around, amazed at the things that Jesus could do.
Still, the crowds did not leave behind everything and follow Jesus. Only Jesus' disciples did. They knew if Jesus could do these things, He was worth following!
Intro
As Jesus ministered in Galilee, crowds gathered to see Him. He was doing things that no one had ever seen!

Jesus makes sad things come untrue!
In one journey, a little girl and a poor frail lady had their lives forever changed by Jesus. The 12-year old girl was brought back to life! And the woman who had been sick for 12 years now had her life back.
These things that Jesus was doing were amazing! Jesus had power over nature, power over demons, power over sickness, even power over death.
Yet, even though Jesus was doing these never-before-seen things, He had come for something much bigger. He had come to be the rescuer and to carry out God's rescue plan. It was a plan, not just to rescue a girl and a frail lady, but a plan to rescue people all over the world.
Jesus was going to take on the problems that made sickness and death such a problem in the first place. He was going to defeat sin and death by being the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.
Only Jesus is strong enough to take away sin! And He can forgive you and offer you a whole new way of life if you surrender to Him!
